Pre-Treatment Care
One week before your treatment avoid these products and/or procedures:
• Waxing
• Depilatory Creams
• Laser Hair Removal
• Clients who have had BOTOX® injections should wait until full effect of their treatment is seen before receiving this treatment.
Two to three days before your treatment avoid these products and/or procedures:
• Any exfoliating products that may be drying or irritating
• Clients who have had medical facial treatments or cosmetic procedures (laser therapy, surgical procedures, cosmetic filler, microdermabrasion, etc.) should wait 1 or 2 weeks, until skin sensitivity completely resolves before receiving this treatment.
• Any products containing retinol, alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) or beta-hydroxy acid (BHA), or benzoyl peroxide
Post-Treatment Care
Follow these guidelines for optimal results:
• Avoid saunas and steam rooms for 72 hours post-treatment
• Use a gentle cleanser morning and evening for at least one week
• Follow the WiQo skincare instructions for the provided products to maximise your results and benefits
• You will be able to resume all normal activities immediately following treatment (gym, makeup)
• Apply SPF 30+ or 50+ every morning and every two hours throughout the day
• Avoid the use of retinoids or other actives for 1 week, with the exception of the provided glycolic solution.

Processing time refers to the time it takes to conduct order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our suppliers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Order processing takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Domestic delivery usually take between 7-14 business days. Note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, items can take longer to arrive at their destination from time to time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
